With a combined 40+ years of experience launching and operating businesses across industries—from finance and commercial services to communications and retail—the Joneses set out to build a consultancy tailored to the modern challenges of small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs).

Todd’s deep background in business strategy and emerging technologies converged with Lisa’s lengthy experience working in a high pressure international cooperation Sassoon’s , to founding and running EV1 Salon, where she managed the fast-paced, unpredictable rhythm of a customer-facing operation. Frustrated by juggling multiple calendars, apps, and communication tools.
 

That real-world challenge sparked the creation of Kush-AI, AgentixAI’s first branded smart assistant. Designed to meet the needs of professionals like Lisa, Kush-AI offers smart automation, calendar syncing, and task coordination—all in one place. It was the first step in AgentixAI’s larger mission: making AI feel useful, not overwhelming.
